Terms and Conditions for the Confident VA Mastermind

By completing your purchase, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions governing your participation in the Confident VA Mastermind (“Program”).

1. Program Overview

The Confident VA Mastermind is a 12-month coaching and training program designed to help virtual assistants scale their businesses. The program includes coaching calls, access to digital resources, and participation in an online community, as outlined in the product description.

2. Payment Terms
By enrolling in the Program, Client agrees to the following payment terms:

Full Payment Option: Client may pay the Program fee in full for $7,997 or sales price of $4,997 USD, which grants lifetime access to the Program materials and all included resources and 12 months inside the CVA Mastermind community.

Payment Plan Option: Client may choose to pay the Program fee in 12 monthly installments of $700 or sales price of $497 USD. The first payment is due at the time of enrollment, with subsequent payments due on the same day of each month.

If Client wishes to cancel, there is a buyout fee of $1000 to settle the outstanding balance. No refunds will be made and all access to the program will be terminated.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Program and the immediate access provided to proprietary resources, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the Program, including but not limited to videos, documents, templates, and community content, are the sole property of Kaelyn Marie Virtual Assistant, LLC and are protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing Program materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

As a participant, you agree to keep all shared content, including but not limited to coaching call recordings, community discussions, and proprietary materials, confidential. Breaching confidentiality may result in removal from the Program without refund.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to participate in the Program in a respectful and professional manner. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disruption of the community or coaching sessions will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Program without refund.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

While the Program provides tools and guidance to help you scale your business, success is dependent on your individual effort, skills, and circumstances. No guarantees or warranties of specific results, income, or outcomes are made.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaelyn Marie Virtual Assistant, LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of CA, and any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Redding, CA.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the box during checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
